Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

At EVANS, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Our return and refund policy aims to make this process as simple and fair as possible.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for unused and unworn products within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (such as tailored products or printed T-shirts with specific designs) are not eligible for returns, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at evanstopwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders) or instructions on how to proceed with the return. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at evanstopwear@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

5. Non-returnable/Non-refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged by the customer

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. We will cover the shipping costs for the return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
